Software ran your CRM.
Agents will run
your revenue.

Revsmith is an AI-native RevOps platform. We ship autonomous agents that take real actions across your revenue stack — closing stale opportunities, drafting forecasts, redlining contracts. Not another dashboard. The work itself.

§ 01 — Thesis

In four years, every RevOps team will be half its size — not because companies got smaller, but because the work that used to require ten analysts now requires one human plus a stack of agents that don't sleep, don't quit, and don't forget to update Salesforce.

Most of the work a RevOps team does today is repetitive, rule-bound, and waiting to be done by software. Pipeline hygiene. Stage drift. Forecast roll-ups. Quote routing. Approvals. Notes back into the CRM.

The closest analogy isn't a dashboard. It's hiring an analyst who never sleeps — one who has read every email, sat in every call, and remembers what your VP of Sales said about MEDDPICC last Tuesday.

§ 02 — The product

Three agents shipping now.
One shared memory of the business.

Pipeline Agent · v0.4

Closes stale opportunities. Fixes stage drift. Surfaces deals reps forgot to update. Flags coverage gaps before the QBR. Writes notes back where they belong.

  • Detects stage-amount mismatches against your win history
  • Pulls signal from Gong calls, email threads, and Slack DMs
  • Drafts the rep nudge; sends after approval or auto-sends
  • Logs every CRM mutation with diff + rationale

Shared memory

All three agents read from one model of your business — your stages, your ICP, your pricebook, your guardrails, your past wins and losses. They get smarter together. The Pipeline Agent's weekly hygiene improves the Forecast Agent's call. The Deal Desk's redlines feed back into what stage hygiene means at your company.

§ 03 — Onboarding

Ten minutes to read-only.
Earned trust to write.

  1. 01 Connect

    Plug in your stack.

OAuth into Salesforce or HubSpot, then the rest of your revenue stack. Read access in ten minutes. We never train on your data.

    ~10 min
  2. 02 Map

    Teach your motion.

Agents read your stages, ICP, win history, discount policy, who approves what. You correct the few things they get wrong.

    Day 1–3
  3. 03 Run

    Background, by default.

Agents work continuously. High-stakes actions queue for human approval. Everything else flows through with a full audit log.

    Week 1+
  4. 04 Earn write

    Trust expands.

Approval gates come off as the team builds confidence. You decide where; you can revoke any time. Every action is reversible.

§ 04 — Versus the field

Insight is a commodity. Action is the product.

Category
What they do
What we do
Forecasting & call analytics
Clari, Gong, Aviso
Surface insight. Generate dashboards. Tell you what's happening.
Take the next step. Update the record. Send the nudge. Book the review.
Native CRM AI
Einstein, Breeze
Bound to one system. Acts within the four walls of the CRM.
Spans the whole revenue stack. Reads Gong, writes Salesforce, redlines in DocuSign.
Generic AI assistants
Co-pilots, chat sidebars
Wait to be asked. Answer one question at a time. Forget by Friday.
Run unprompted on a schedule. Hold a coherent picture of the quarter. Persist memory across the team.

The closest analogy isn't a tool. It's hiring an analyst who never sleeps. One who reads every email thread, sat in every call, and knows your discount policy by heart.

§ 05 — Trust posture

Read-only by default.
Reversible always.

Default permissions

Read-only out of the box. Write access scoped per agent, per object, per field. You name the boundary; agents stay inside it.

Audit log

Every action is logged with input, rationale, diff, and the agent that took it. Exportable to Snowflake or your SIEM.

Reversibility

Every CRM mutation has a one-click undo for 30 days. Bulk revert by run, agent, or field. No “oh no” moments.

Approval gates

High-stakes actions wait for a human. Approve in Slack or the console. Lift the gates per agent as your team earns trust.

Data handling

Customer data is never used to train shared models. Region-pinned storage. SOC 2 Type II in progress (audit window: Q3 2026).

Kill switch

One command halts every agent across your tenant. Per-connector revocation. Off-ramp clean — your stack returns to the state before us.

§ 06 — Fit

Built for

  • + RevOps leaders & CROs at 50–500 person SaaS
  • + Teams large enough to feel the pain — small enough to decide in weeks
  • + Companies with at least one of: Salesforce or HubSpot, plus a call-intel tool
  • + Operators who will tell us when we're wrong

Not for, yet

  • Pre-seed startups without a defined sales motion
  • Enterprises requiring a procurement cycle > 90 days
  • Regulated industries that need on-prem deployment today
  • Teams looking for another dashboard
§ 07 — Q&A

The questions every prospective design partner has asked us so far.

Will agents break things in our Salesforce? +

No write access until you grant it, scoped per agent, per object. Every mutation is a diff with a one-click undo for 30 days. You can revoke or pause any agent in one click. We default to safe.

How is this different from Salesforce Einstein or HubSpot Breeze? +

Native CRM AI is bound to its host system. The work that actually runs revenue lives across Gong, Outreach, DocuSign, Slack, and Snowflake too. Revsmith spans them and acts coherently across the stack.

Do you train models on our data? +

No. Customer data never enters a shared training set. Per-tenant memory and per-tenant fine-tunes only, deletable on request.

What does the design partnership cost? +

Free for the duration of the 60-day pilot. After that, we offer design partners pricing locked at half list for the first year, in exchange for direct feedback and case-study rights.

Who's behind it? +

Founder-led. YC Startup School India alum. Built by operators who lived in RevOps long enough to be sure of what's worth building. Happy to talk in person — apply to pilot and we'll set up a call.
